Who will supervise each category?
The application must identify a nominated supervisor with the right individual contractor licence or qualified supervisor certificate for each category.

The nominated supervisor must be tied to the business as a full-time employee, director or partner, depending on the structure.

Company and partnership licence holders must keep Building Commission NSW informed if they lose an acceptable nominated qualified supervisor.
