Is BLS the regulator?
No. BLS is independent. We prepare the evidence and application with you; the regulator assesses it and makes the final decision.
Can you guarantee approval?
No one can guarantee a regulator’s decision. What BLS can do is prepare a complete, accurate and well-supported application using the strongest evidence available.
Do I always need RPL or training?
No. RPL or training is only relevant where there is a genuine qualification gap or where the pathway requires it. We check that before recommending the next step.
What if I am not sure which state or class applies?
